Optical Assistant Manager — Lead Team & Customer Experience

Flame Health Optometry is seeking an Assistant Manager for an established optical practice in Saffron Walden, West Essex. You will work closely with the Store Manager to run the practice and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will motivate and develop the team, support sales targets, manage rotas and training, and ensure high standards. In the Store Manager’s absence you will lead the team to maintain smooth operations.
