Head of Care Home – Nursing & Residential, Oxford Headington

Gold Care Homes seeks an experienced Home Manager to lead a 60-bed Nursing and Residential Care Home in Headington. You will ensure high-quality resident care, maintain occupancy and lead a professional staff team.

You will be accountable for CQC and governance, manage budget and P&L, and drive marketing initiatives to grow the home’s reputation. A Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care is preferred, with proven Good ratings.
