Charles Hunter Associates is assisting a client running a 5-bed residential children’s home in the UK. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable young people through trauma-informed care, building trust, and promoting healthy routines in a demanding but rewarding environment.

The position is full-time and permanent with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. A driver with a UK licence is required, and sponsorship cannot be offered.
