Youth Residential Care Worker — Sleep-In Shifts

SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL is seeking a Residential Care Worker to provide day-to-day care for vulnerable children and young people, following a structured care plan and ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

You will rotate across our children’s homes, working seven days a week, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and you may be required to sleep-in as part of the hours.
