Substance Use Worker: Recovery & Multi-Agency Care

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Band 4 Substance Use Worker to join the multidisciplinary Substance Use Service (CADS). The role involves autonomous assessment and intervention for adults with moderate to severe substance use and mental health needs, within a collaborative, multi-agency setting.

Applicants should have strong interest in substance use, be self-motivated and able to travel across the area. Ongoing professional development and supervision are provided within the team.
