Rent Income & Tenancy Support Officer

Riverside is seeking an Income and Administration Officer to join our team in Camden to manage rent income and tenancy administration across a defined number of properties. You will work collaboratively to provide income management advice, guidance and support to customers and colleagues, with a focus on sustaining tenancies and maximizing rental income.

The role requires experience with vulnerable customers, strong communication, numeracy and IT skills, and the ability to produce reports.
