Technical Product Assistant – Power & Renewables – Head Office

You will provide technical and product support to our sales teams, depots and customers by translating enquiries into practical energy solutions.

• Providing technical support across BESS, solar, hybrid generation, EV charging and temporary power solutions.
• Assessing customer and site requirements, including load profiles, power availability and site constraints.
• Supporting product selection, system configuration and technical quotations.
• Working with manufacturers and suppliers on technical information, pricing and availability.
• Supporting sales teams in developing Power & Renewables opportunities.
• Developing product packages, technical guidance and internal training.
• Supporting the introduction of new technologies and products.

You will have existing technical knowledge of renewable energy and power technologies, ideally including:

• BESS and battery storage
• Solar PV and hybrid systems
• Hybrid generator/battery solutions
• Temporary power and electrical distribution
• EV and plant charging
• Energy monitoring and management systems

You will be technically curious, commercially minded and customer focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Experience in an electrical, engineering, renewable-energy or technical environment is desirable. A relevant qualification and full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
