Senior Leader: Inclusion, Safeguarding & DSL

TreeHouse School, part of Ambitious about Autism, is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to lead Inclusion, Safeguarding and DSL. This pivotal role focuses on safeguarding, pupil welfare and collaboration with external partners to support autistic children with complex needs.

You will provide strategic oversight of inclusion, behaviour, wellbeing, healthcare, PBS and least restrictive practice, while guiding staff and maintaining a strong school presence across the campus.
