Impactful Social Work Assistant – Children in Care

South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Social Work Assistant to support children in care, families and carers. You will help children maintain relationships with important people while contributing to reunification plans where appropriate.

You will work under social workers to deliver targeted family support, help develop intervention plans and ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed with accurate records.
