Residential Conveyancing Assistant – Collaborative Team Growth

Bridge McFarland LLP in Lincoln is seeking a full‑time Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Conveyancing Department. You will support the team with correspondence, file opening/closing, appointment scheduling, and case progression under supervision.

Responsibilities include updating portals (Land Registry, LMS, Lender Exchange), handling calls, exchanging contracts, and liaising with clients while working to tight deadlines in a supportive, confidential environment.
