Real Estate Post-Exchange Paralegal

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Paralegal (Post-Exchange) to join its specialist Real Estate team. You will support transactions from exchange through to completion and registration, working alongside Partners and fee earners on a high volume of property matters.

The role focuses on post-exchange duties, with exposure to SDLT, AP1 applications, Land Registry processes and ongoing client updates. A strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
