Flexi Multi-Skilled Operator – Process, Flavour, Packaging

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Brigg is seeking a Multi Skilled Flexi Operative to support frying, flavouring, packing and palletising processes. You will work flexibly across three main factory areas and contribute to meeting safety, quality and production targets.

The role requires basic English, numeracy skills and the ability to identify non-conformances. A proactive approach to safety and quality, and good knowledge of KPIs, are essential.
