Social Work Assistant — Children with Disabilities (Hybrid)

Telford & Wrekin Council is recruiting a Social Work Assistant for the Children with Disabilities Team in Telford. This 37-hour role, full-time and permanent, involves supporting planning and delivery of social care for children aged 0–17 with complex needs.
