Customer Support Assistant

CSS Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Support Assistant in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.

This is a 5 days a week role with no hybrid working arrangement available.

This role is part of a customer-focused team dealing telephone and electronic enquiries with a focus on Council Environmental services including Waste Management and Recycling.

You will need:

• Good GCSE passes or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in customer service.
• Understanding and able to use IT Systems including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be able to establish good relationships with customers and staff and set high standards for quality and quantity.
