Job Description:
Albert Bartlett is seeking a Grading Operative at our Boston packing site in Lincolnshire. You will grade potatoes to meet quality and weight specs, inspect for defects, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting daily production targets.
The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 18:00–02:15, with a base rate of £12.71 per hour plus 50p backshift premium. Experience in food production is beneficial and physical fitness is required.
