Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our multi-skilled store teams in the community. No prior experience is required; you just need a positive attitude, pride in your appearance, and a willingness to learn as you assist customers, members and neighbours every day.

You’ll cover a variety of tasks from checkouts to store floor work, housekeeping, and in-store bakery support, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to suit your life.
