Night Shift Production Operator II – Lean Manufacturing

TE Connectivity in Swindon is seeking a Production Operator to operate machines and support the manufacture of wire and cable products. You will work within a manufacturing team to ensure production targets are met, following quality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include changeovers, quality checks, documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in line with TE’s EH&S policies. Weekend night shifts 18:00–06:00 Fri–Sun.
