1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Primary & SEND

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 at a primary school near Warmley. This is a rewarding role for graduates or those from coaching, social work or youth work backgrounds moving into education.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assist teachers with activities and help build confidence, independence and engagement among pupils with diverse needs.
