Community Coach: Youth IAG & SEN Support (Cornwall)

Seetec Pluss is recruiting a Community Coach in Cornwall to support young people with SEN to build confidence and practical skills for education and employment. You will co-produce tailored action plans, coordinate with families and partner organisations, and deliver personalised coaching and guidance in community settings.
