Bilingual Visitor Experience & Info Assistant

Senedd in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Information Officer to join the Customer Relations Team. The role provides a professional information service online and in person, helping visitors to attend and view Senedd business with a bilingual, impartial approach.

Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Manager, you will handle requests from the public and Members about visiting, wayfinding, the agenda, events and engagement opportunities.
