General Maintenance Technician (Housing & Repairs)

Gentoo Group is recruiting a General Maintenance Employee to join our Property Maintenance team in Sunderland. The role supports repairs across the city, ensuring safe, high-quality upkeep of homes and strong customer service.

Working a 36-hour week with occasional overtime, the position offers training and development opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required and a basic DBS check will be arranged and funded by Gentoo.
