Housing Stability & Tenancy Support Officer (Hybrid)

Somerset Council is seeking a Prevention, Tenancy and Support Officer to help individuals and families maintain safe, secure housing across Somerset. You will deliver practical support, advice and interventions to prevent homelessness and support sustainable outcomes.

The role involves working with residents, landlords and partners to identify challenges, develop tailored plans, and help residents access suitable accommodation when needed.
