SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist School – Hertfordshire

Moore Teachers is working with an Outstanding specialist school in Hertfordshire seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional and complex needs. The school caters for pupils aged 2–19, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

The Role

  • SEN Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties
  • Working as part of a team under the direction of the Class Teacher
  • Supporting pupils with their learning and development across different areas of the school
  • Suitable for candidates with relevant experience and/or qualifications supporting children
  • The school’s own role information states that the position includes swimming with pupils at least once a week
