SEND & SEMH Support Assistant – Flexible Roles

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support children in Swindon and surrounding areas. The role involves helping pupils in 1:1 or small groups, supporting SEND/SEMH needs and improving engagement with learning.

No formal teaching qualifications are required, though a background in youth work, care, or related fields can help. Training, DBS checks and ongoing support are provided.
