Guest Experience Associate — Front Desk & Breakfast

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member in Weston-super-Mare to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll answer questions, resolve guest issues, and keep public areas tidy while supporting your team.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, proactive people who stay calm when busy will thrive. Fixed-term contract until November 2026 with 30 hours weekly.
