Lead Employment Legal Counsel – London

Santander UK Group is seeking a Managing Legal Counsel – Employment Legal based in London. You will lead the Employment Legal team and provide strategic, business-focused advice on significant employment matters across Santander UK Group.

Reporting to the Director, Litigation & Contentious Regulatory, you will engage with executive and Board-level discussions and oversee both contentious and non-contentious work.
