Deputy Country Director, Field Programs & Strategy

Medair is seeking a Deputy Country Director to provide strategic, operational, and managerial leadership at country level. The role directs programme implementation, supports strategy development, and deputizes for the Country Director when required.

You will engage with donors, government authorities, and humanitarian clusters; oversee cross-team collaboration and ensure robust security and governance across field operations. Travel to field sites will be frequent.
