Skilled Catering Chef – Food Quality & Ops (Mon–Fri)

OCS is seeking a hands-on Chef at The Harbour, Blackpool, to deliver high-quality meals with strong food hygiene and service. You will prepare and cook to a high standard while supporting stock control and ensuring efficient use of resources.

You will assist with site operations, manage budgets to minimise waste, and provide cover for the Senior Chef in a busy, professional catering environment.
