About the Role
We’re hiring Front of House Team Members to join Portello Lounge, a local caf bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to 12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. Experience isn’t essential – if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest!

What You’ll Do
- Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
- Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
- Preparing and serving drinks to spec – coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
- Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
- Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
