Automotive Training Specialist & Learner Coach

RecruitedUK is seeking an experienced Automotive professional to join one of the UK’s leading training providers. You will support learners and apprentices, guiding them through their training to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve qualifications and progress their careers.

You will manage a caseload, deliver face-to-face and blended learning, assess learner work and provide feedback, track KSBs and support timely progress.
