Reed in West London is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapy leader to head and grow full-time and commercial Beauty Therapy provision within a thriving FE environment. You will manage a portfolio of programmes, drive recruitment and achievement, and lead a team of teaching staff.
The role requires leadership in curriculum design, strong industry engagement, and ongoing quality improvement while delivering Level 2–4 Beauty Therapy and related commercial courses.
