• Hold a recognisedHLTA qualification alongside proven experience as a teaching assistant within aprimary school setting.
• Act as anexperienced primary school practitioner who actively enhances and develops theinteraction, communication, and educational needs of all pupils.
• Utilise HLTAexpertise and qualifications to confidently cover PPA and release time forteachers across all year groups, including managing short-term and last-minuteabsence cover with a highly flexible, adaptable attitude.
• Work as aneffective, hard-working team player within the Key Stage team, reportingregularly to class teachers regarding pupil progress, achievements, and anychallenges.
• Maintain a safe,positive, and stimulating learning environment while consistently promoting theinclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
• Demonstrate acommitment to raising pupil achievement, maintaining consistently highexpectations for all learners, and modelling the core values of our school.
