Seasonal Store Host & Sales Assistant – Flexible Hours

Lush Southampton is recruiting for the 2026 Christmas Sales team to join us at our busiest and best time of the retail year. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalised recommendations while running engaging demonstrations and helping with in-store events.

Roles offer 12–32 hours per week with full weekend availability, including Boxing Day/Christmas Eve. We pay the Living Wage in the UK and support training and development, with opportunities for bonuses.
