Part-Time Charity Retail Manager — Lead & Grow Sales

Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust is seeking a Deputy Community Superstore Manager to lead the Bescot Superstore in Walsall. This temporary, part-time role (22.5 hours per week for 6 months) involves driving sales, managing stock and visual merchandising, and mentoring volunteers to support our children’s hospice services.

You will work closely with the Superstore Manager to maximise donations, cash income and fundraising activity while delivering an engaging shopping environment for customers.
