Lead Nurse, Pre-Operative Assessment

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the Pre Operative assessment clinic. You will supervise the team, ensure care standards, manage sickness/appraisals, and uphold Trust values while supporting patients and families.

The post holder will be visible, accessible and act as a clinical/leadership representative in the absence of senior staff. An experienced Band 5 or Band 6 nurse with leadership potential is encouraged to apply.
