Technical Assessor – Port Operations Mentor

Think FE is recruiting a Technical Assessor – Port Operative in Middlesbrough/Teesside to support apprentices in ports and logistics, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete their apprenticeship.

You will assess learners in the workplace, provide constructive feedback and mentor them toward successful completion, drawing on your hands‑on port or cargo operations experience and your ability to coach and guide colleagues.
