Residential Property Inspector & Reports Clerk

Command Recruitment is seeking a Property Inspections Clerk for a field-based role in Upminster within a busy Residential Lettings team. You will visit properties to perform inspections, document condition, and prepare detailed reports for landlords and internal teams.

Responsibilities include pre-, mid-, and end-of-tenancy inspections, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring timely submission of reports. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.
