Showroom Host & Customer Experience Lead

Land Rover Hereford is seeking a polished Showroom Host to greet visitors and represent our brand at the front of our dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating introductions and ensuring a warm, professional first impression.

Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday. In this role you will manage phone inquiries, assist events and promotions, and provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure a smooth guest journey and a fantastic customer experience.
