OT Shop Volunteer: Retail Support & Stock Keeper

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an OT Shop Assistant to support the internal residents shop, processing sales and keeping stock tidy. You will work alongside clinicians, perform till duties, rotate stock and assist with ordering to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role involves communicating with service users who may exhibit challenging behaviour, maintaining professional conduct, and helping promote the OT service to customers.
