Head of Underwriting & Credit – Short-Term Property Finance

City + Capital is seeking a Head of Underwriting and Credit Operations to lead the assessment and management of short-term property finance transactions. You will take personal responsibility for larger and more complex loan requests, reporting to the board and guiding the lending committee decisions.

The role requires extensive hands-on underwriting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to build and scale a team in line with growth. Hybrid London-based with occasional office days.
