Specialist Pharmacist – Homecare Services

The Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Band 7 Pharmacist to join the Homecare team in Cambridge. The role focuses on specialist services such as high-cost drugs, medicines optimisation and management of clinical queries to support high-quality patient care in patients’ homes.

You will verify homecare prescriptions, deputise for the Lead Pharmacist, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective use
