Global Rheumatology Clinical Lead

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Global Clinical Physician to provide medical accountability across Phase 1–3 trials and to lead a cross-functional study delivery network. You will shape clinical development strategy, oversee safety reviews, and ensure adherence to GCP while driving scientific rigor.

Requirements include an MD (US or equivalent), 5+ years in industry or trials, strong leadership and communication skills, and expertise in drug development and protocol design.
