Head of Health & Safety – UK Multi-Site Leader

Halecroft Recruitment is recruiting a Head of Health & Safety to lead the Group H&S agenda for a growing UK-wide organisation with multiple sites. Based in Trafford Park, the role includes regular travel to sites across the UK and shaping a proactive safety-first culture.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will develop and implement a cohesive H&S strategy, ensure legislative compliance, strengthen systems, and support sites in achieving high standards and continuous improvement.
