Head of Data Analytics

Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of data analytics within Xantura and the OneView platform. The role is responsible for shaping how predictive analytics, AI, and analytical insight are embedded within the platform, ensuring solutions are ethical, scalable, impactful, and aligned to real public-sector outcomes.

The Head of Data Analytics will lead the analytics function within the Platform Delivery team while acting as a senior advisor across client delivery and customer success functions to ensure analytical consistency, quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness.
