Site Manager – 3 weeks

Our client is a well-established Retail and Commercial Contractor delivering projects across the UK with values of up to £15 million. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee M&E refurbishment works on an NHS Project based in Houghton-le-spring, Durham.

This role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage site operations, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on M&E replacement Scheme
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are carried out in line with the project programme
• Maintaining and enforcing high standards of health & safety compliance on site

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid at Work Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
