Senior Site Manager: Newbuild & Refurb Projects Lead

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Swindon office and oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest level of service and a safe environment for all on site.

Role involves managing 4P’s, coordinating sub-contractors, procurement in line with the programme, and maintaining RAMS and COSHH assessments. ONC/HNC or trade background with progression is expected; MCIOB or degree is desirable.
