Senior Health, Safety & Compliance Lead (Multi-Site)

Ageas UK is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Compliance Lead to shape and lead safety across our UK operations. The role combines strategy, policy development and on-site support, with regular travel to multiple UK locations to audit and improve safety practices.

Based in Eastleigh with a multi-site remit, you’ll drive a positive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Facilities and ESG to embed safe working throughout the business.
