Rail Operations Director – West & North Yorkshire

Northern Trains Limited is seeking a Director of Service Delivery for West and North Yorkshire on a 6-month fixed term. Hybrid role in Leeds with a salary of £98,420 and 37 hours per week, leading the on-the-day operation and ensuring safety, reliability and performance.

You will manage train crews, Operations Managers, and collaborate with Engineering, Operational Readiness, and Network Rail to drive continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
