Charity Shop Manager – Cramlington (12‑Month FTC)

St Oswald’s Hospice is hiring a Shop Manager for the Cramlington shop in Northumberland. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a fixed-term 12-month contract with the possibility of permanency.

Salary range £25,603–£27,853 per annum, full-time, with closing date 24 September 2026. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for donors and customers while supporting hospice services across the North East.
