Store Manager — Lead Teams & Elevate Customer Experience

The North Face is seeking a Store Manager for our Kingston upon Thames, London store. You will lead a team, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and operate in a fast-paced retail environment within the VF family.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and report on KPIs to optimize store performance. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required, with a focus on exceptional customer experiences.
